Catahoula Flats offers apartment-style accommodations with all the amenities of a hotel. The Flats are located just next-door to Catahoula and are an ideal fit for a family or a couple looking for a true retreat. With full kitchens and separate living and sleeping quarters these apartments provide plenty of space to stretch out and relax whether visiting New Orleans for just a night or an entire week. All units are true one-bedroom apartments and some units have street-facing balconies. We do accept requests for specific unit features and do our best to honor them when there is availability.

Location

Catahoula Hotel is located on a quiet side street in the heart of the New Orleans Central Business District. We are just a three block walk from the French Quarter and a ten minute walk from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome & Smoothie King Center. The CBD bustles after working hours with free concert series, buzz-worthy restaurants and bars, museums, and locally-owned retail.

During Your Stay

We love seeing our guests take their morning coffee up to the Rooftop Terrace, get some serious work done in our Café area, and take advantage of the two cocktail bars and plant-based eatery on the property. You’ll find ample outlets and fast and free wifi throughout our common areas.

The Catahoula welcomes pets under 75 lbs for a fee of $75 per stay. The fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
