Hotel Cancellation Policies

 At the Catahoula Hotel, we strive to provide flexibility while maintaining efficient operations. Our updated cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our guests and our team. Please note our Rates are lowest & Cancellation Policies are most flexible when you book directly with us here. 
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Check-In:
 
No cancellation fee will be charged & 100% will be refunded.
 
Cancellations Made 3-6 Days or More Before Check-In:
 
A cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
The remaining balance will be refunded.
 
Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before Check-In:
 
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost will apply.
The remaining balance will be refunded.
 
No-Show Policy:
 
If a guest does not show up for their reservation and does not notify the hotel, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
Modifications:
 
Guests may request a change to their reservation dates at least 15 days prior to check-in, subject to availability.
