Midnight Noodle has concluded their residency at Catahoula but our culinary team will continue to execute and expand on the concept + menu created and honed during their tenure, Monday – Saturday evenings at Piscobar.
Piscobar is located inside Catahoula Hotel and serves up powerful, plant-based flavors from traditional Taiwanese comfort foods–think market veggie dumplings with citrus garlic sauce and crispy tofu on coconut-kissed steamed buns–through a 100% vegan lens.
Our kitchen will continue to provide a dynamic, plant-based menu. We look forward to developing new and exciting items at Piscobar Kitchen that complement our single spirit-focused cocktail program.
